About Our Performance Company
Performance Company is a non-competitive dance group that provides dancers with the opportunity to perform, grow, and share their love for dance in a supportive and inspiring environment.Our program focuses on performance, artistry, and community connection. Each season, our dancers participate in at least three local community events and take the stage for our Spring Showcase in May. This program is perfect for dancers who love to perform and engage with their community in a positive and encouraging setting.

Company Auditions!
May 19th
Ages 9 & Under: 4:30-5:45
Ages 10-12: 5:45-7:00
Ages 13 & Up: 7:00-8:15
This audition is for all teams (Competition, Performance and Ballet).
Dancers interested in multiple teams can make that selection on their Student Information Form!
This date doesn't work with your schedule? No problem! Please leave a note for us in your Student Information Form and we will set up a private or class-based audition!
Performance Company FAQ's
What does the weekly commitment look like?
Performance Company Members are required to take 2 weekly classes of their choice during our school year (September-May). These can be in any genre. We will provide recommendations after auditions. Dancers are also required to attend rehearsals as needed for up and coming events. These rehearsals and events will be on weekends.
How much does this program cost?
The costs include:
1). The price of your weekly classes running from September to May. These are charged at our regular tuition rates.
2). Company Participation fee (charged per event)
3). DDC Apparel

Is there an audition for this program?
Yes, dancers are required to audition for Performance Company. Please see above for the audition information. To get started, please fill out the Company Inquiry Form on our website under Programs -> Performance Company
What is the performance schedule?
The performance schedule will be announced as we approach each event. Some events are booked well in advance, allowing us to share those dates early. Others may have a shorter lead time, so updates will be provided as soon as the details are confirmed.
If I commit to the program is my dancer required to do all events?
No! Dancers have the flexibility to sign up for each event individually—joining the Performance Company doesn’t mean you have to do every event! Once you commit to a performance, attending rehearsals is required to make sure everyone is prepared and ready to shine. We’ll share rehearsal schedules with dancers as they become available.
What type of performances does the team participate in?
We typically do a performance in the summer, fall, and spring! Here are the events we have done in season past. This list could change from year to year :)

What is DDC Company?
DDC Company is a team of dancers who learn choreography, take classes throughout the year, and perform at local dance competitions. Your dancer will enjoy the camaraderie and friendship that comes with being on a tight-knit team. We focus on creating a positive and rewarding experience for our dancers.
What does the weekly commitment look like?
At DDC, we are all about flexibility! The number of hours required per week depends on your dancer's desired level of commitment. For example, Mini Company members are at the studio 1 to 2 days per week, while Traditional Company members are there between 2 to 4 days per week! The best way to get an idea of what your schedule would look like is to reach out to us today!
How much does Company Cost?
Company costs are divided into the following categories: required classes, competition, participation fees, and competition entry fees. We provide individualized cost estimates for dancers interested in our company. All cost information is supplied upfront, so there are no surprises!
